We are situated beside a Devon lane just outside the village of Sherford and between the towns of Salcombe, Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and Totnes.  Slapton Sands beach is 8 minutes drive and there are many lovely secluded beaches and coves to explore nearby.  The South Devon Coastal Path is within easy reach with wonderful walks and glorious scenery.

Blackpool Sands
   Blackpool Sands, set in a sheltered bay surrounded by evergreens and pines, is one of South Devon's most beautiful natural treasures. An award-winning privately managed family beach with turquoise blue sea giving it an almost Mediterranean feel.
