We are situated beside a Devon lane just outside the village of Sherford and between the towns of Salcombe, Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and Totnes.  Slapton Sands beach is 8 minutes drive and there are many lovely secluded beaches and coves to explore nearby.  The South Devon Coastal Path is within easy reach with wonderful walks and glorious scenery.

Places to Visit and Events in South Devon

Blackpool Sands
  Blackpool Sands, set in a sheltered bay surrounded by evergreens and pines, is one of South Devon's most beautiful natural treasures. An award-winning privately managed family beach with turquoise blue sea giving it an almost Mediterranean feel.
Slapton Ley and Slapton Beach   A long stretch of beach and the largest freshwater lake in South West England.
South West Coast Path  

The South West Coast Path National Trail is one of the top walks to be found anywhere in the world.There are a number of stunning and dramatic walks along this length of coastline closest accessed at Torcross.

River Link, Dartmouth   A round trip from Dartmouth or Totnes and back. Cruise up the River Dart between Dartmouth to Totnes with a trip on a steam train from Kingswear to Paignton.
